Could you tell me how to send sms through Pronto dialer?

When I tried, it says: "Service not available".

ProntoDialer is used to call using the VoIP technology. It doesn't have the features implemented to send SMS messages. You can check on Google for applications or services that allow you to send SMS messages. ProntoDialer is using online servers to call around the world.
